Wash your pillowcase

Read the directions
Sometimes we get a new skincare product, and we are so excited to try it that we dive right in and put it on without reading any instructions. Always take a moment to read the instructions and find out how frequently you should be using it if you are applying it to dry skin or damp skin, and if it needs to be followed up with anything. Getting these steps right will ensure you're getting the most out of your skincare.
Always apply in an upwards motion
Little old gravity is constantly dragging our skin down. Make a habit of applying all of your skincare products in an upwards motion. This helps to keep your skin lifted and tight.
Keep in mind, if you've had a little break in between using a cosmeceutical skincare range or using it for the first time, it's perfectly normal for your skin to go through a detox phase while getting back on track.
