Greater Brisbane will be entering another 3 day lockdown, but before you whip out the jigsaw puzzles and redownload TikTok, let’s use this time to practice some self care and glow UP this lockdown! 


Self care is self love and it’s not selfish - it’s important! Especially with all the added stressors that come with this announcement. By incorporating a few essential practises (and some cosmeceuticals) to help us stress less and pamper more, lets lock down hydration and lock in some serious glow time.
