Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?
We are so confident as to the effectiveness of ASI that if for any reason it does not meet your expectations, we offer a 100% money back guarantee. We cannot wait for you to use ASI’s skin care ranges and experience a fresher approach to beautiful skin!
 
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
All items must be returned within 3 months of purchasing them.
 
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
If products have been purchased at any of our stockist locations they must be returned to the place of purchase. If you have purchased online you may return them directly to ASI - 13/104 Newmarket Road, Windsor, 4030, QLD.
 
HOW do customers return items?
When returning any products, please see the guideline below:
 

  1. Please log into your account via the resolution center and complete the step by step guide.
  2. You will recieve a response back from the ASI team in regards to your request.
  3. If your returns request has been approved you will be able to return the items.

 
SHIPPING for returns?
Shipping returned items back to ASI is at the customer's own expense. If your products are being replaced there will be no cost for the new products shipment.
 
CREDIT for returns?
If product is received within the 3 month return period, full amount will be refunded back to the original payment method.
 
In-store return option?
If you have purchased products at one of our stockist's locations you can only return products through that stockist.
 
Packing materials?
Items can be placed in any packaging materials as long as it is secure and will not cause any further damage to the product.
